Vertical Computerized Slitting Machine (Two or Three Layers)

Suitable for laminating, rewinding, and slitting two or three layers of self-adhesive, PET, PE, and PP materials, both with and without adhesive. This machine is a dual-purpose laminating and slitting machine, with both unwinding and rewinding located at the front and rear of the machine. A central control panel provides flexible and convenient operation. The unwinder features automatic web tracking, and a photoelectric eye is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent materials. The unwinder tension is controlled by a magnetic powder brake. The rewinder is controlled by a magnetic powder clutch. A side material air conveyor or take-up device is available (optional at the time of ordering). The material feed length is automatically measured in meters. All guide rollers are adjustable to eliminate longitudinal and lateral deviations in the material.
