Precautions for film blowing machine
operation: 1. Do not start the extruder or rotating die head until the equipment is heated or the heating temperature and time are below the specified requirements, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
2. When unpacking raw materials, check for wet materials. Wet materials must not be mixed and must be dried in a drying room before use.
3. When cleaning the die head and die opening, only use a copper sheet; do not scrape the die opening with a spatula or iron sheet, as this will damage the die opening.
4. The guide rollers of the plastic film blowing machine , including the rubber roller and the winding roller, must not be cut with a blade, as this will scratch the guide rollers.
5. The extruder filter and corona treater must be replaced and cleaned regularly. Generally, the filter must be replaced every 24 to 48 hours, and the silicone roller of the corona treater must be cleaned with alcohol. Filter specifications: two layers of 80 mesh and one layer of 100 mesh.
6. The corona treater should not be turned on unless the guide rollers are moving. Once the film breaks or the machine stops, the corona treater should be turned off immediately to avoid burning out.
7. Films that have not been corona treated or have not reached a corona treatment level of 38 dynes or more should not be put into finished products, otherwise it will cause serious problems with the composite quality.
