Gravure Water-Based Ink Double-Deposit, Double-Receiving Press

This press features a cast chassis, wall plate, shaftless plate loading, and a medium-duty scraper with an optional independent motor drive. It features two main machines, one main and one auxiliary, with dual deposits and receivables. The unwind utilizes single-station pneumatic loading with automatic edge correction and tensioning. The rewind utilizes a single-station air shaft for both unwinding and rewinding. Shaftless plate loading is used. The color register gears can be configured with either 360-degree registration or dynamic clutch. Two PLCs control the speed of each receiving side. Each receiving side has two pullers. The rubber rollers are either manually or pneumatically operated. The oven features internal and external heating. It can print water-based inks, primarily for garment bags, courier bags, and PE tubes.
