Gravure Water-Based Ink Printing Machine

This machine features a cast chassis and wall panels, and the main drive is controlled by a PLC human-machine interface. The unwinding and rewinding main drive features a synchronized tension system, ensuring no stretching of the material during the printing process. Shaftless plate loading reduces manual labor. The printing ink is processed using a heavy-duty scraper and an independently driven motor. This ensures clear ink and no scraper bounce at high speeds, improving print quality. The drying system utilizes dedicated heating tubes for water-based ink, with external hot air assist, eliminating odors from printing and enhancing air purification in the production workshop.The oven printing guide roller adopts the oven external bearing drive. Increasing the oven temperature does not affect the flexibility of the oven guide roller. All the printing machine guide rollers are statically balanced.
