This machine utilizes a cast chassis and wall panels. The main drive utilizes variable frequency speed control. The unwinding and rewinding main drive utilizes a synchronized automatic tension system, ensuring no stretching of the material during the printing process. Shaftless plate loading reduces labor time. The ink is driven by a medium-sized scraper and worm gear. Even at high speeds, the ink remains clear and the scraper does not rebound, improving print quality. The drying system utilizes dedicated heating tubes for water-based ink, and the external hot air drying system eliminates ink odor and improves air purification in the production workshop.The oven’s printing guide rollers utilize external bearings. Increasing the oven temperature does not affect the roller’s flexibility, further minimizing material stretching and improving printing color accuracy. All printing rollers are statically balanced, and the embossing section is pneumatically embossed. The ink retracts and unwinds automatically, and the pneumatic shaft retracts and unwinds with a motorized inching motion.
