The more standardized operation of the bag making machine is as follows:

1. Preparation before starting

① Check whether there is dust or debris around the equipment and remove them.

②Load the film roll according to the requirements of the production notice.

③ Adjust the bag size according to the production notice and process documents, install the heat sealing knife, and make preliminary adjustments.

④The position of the slitting knife and heat sealing knife.

⑤ Turn on the power and set the heat sealing knife temperature according to the process document requirements.

⑥ Input the relevant data of bag making and the required number of bags per bundle.

⑦ Select the edge of the pattern with larger color difference and adjust the sensitivity of the photoeye to meet the requirements.

2. Turn on the computer

① Start the main motor and run it at low speed, then adjust the edge control to divide the membrane into two halves in the middle position.

② Adjust the left and right pinch rollers to align the left and right films, and adjust the front and rear pinch rollers to align the pattern.

③ Adjust the heat sealing knife so that it can be heat sealed within the required range of the bag.

④ Adjust the slitting blade to the desired position and adjust the punching position to the scissor mouth.

⑤ Preliminarily adjust the machine speed, take out a sample bag and conduct an initial inspection.

⑥ During the production process, observe the bag making process at any time and make immediate adjustments if any abnormalities are found.

3. Shutdown

Turn off the main power switch, then turn off the power switches of each part.
